Ritmo con Señas (Rhythm with Signs) is a one-of-a-kind sign language designed for live music, originating in 2006 with Santiago Vasquez and his group La Bomba del Tiempo, gaining global popularity among musicians today.
Usage
Ritmo con Señas, with over 130 hand signs, empowers the conductor to shape real-time music, each sign corresponding to elements like rhythm, melody, harmony, and structure, akin to a secret code for onstage musical magic.
Santiago Vasquez is a visionary Argentinian musician and composer who revolutionized live music with the creation of Ritmo con Señas in 2006 and ever since.
